1. We Do Not Host Video Content

Jav English Sub is a video index and discovery platform. We do not upload, host, store, or serve any video files, images, or media assets on our servers. All content displayed on this website is embedded via third-party player URLs and iframes obtained through public APIs and external content providers.

If you believe your copyrighted work appears via an embedded player on our site, we strongly encourage you to first contact the original hosting platform directly, as that is where the file resides. We have no access to the underlying files and cannot delete content from third-party servers.

2. DMCA Takedown Requests

Notwithstanding the above, we respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove the embed or listing from our index as expeditiously as possible.

3. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send your DMCA notice to our designated agent at: support@apijav.com

Your notice must include all of the following to be valid:

Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the work you claim has been infringed (title, URL of original work, registration number if applicable).
URL(s) on our site — Provide the exact URL(s) on missav1.site where the allegedly infringing embed appears.
Your contact information — Full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Good-faith statement — A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy statement — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
Physical or electronic signature — Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices will not be actioned. Sending a DMCA notice with materially false information may expose you to liability for damages and attorney’s fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address above. Your counter-notification must include:

Your name, address, phone number, and email.
Identification of the removed material and its former location on our site.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location.
Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate access or listings associated with users or content sources that are the subject of repeated, valid DMCA takedown notices.

6. Response Time

We endeavor to process valid DMCA notices within 3–5 business days. Complex or incomplete notices may take longer. We are not responsible for content residing on third-party servers even if it is indexed here.
